Hi +Fareed Daaim. First and foremost, thank you for your undying support to KIA. The KIA Go Xtra contest is open to all customers who service their KIAs at our authorised service centres during the contest period. Customers are entitled to one entry every time they service their cars within the contest period. The list of contestants are then sent to our contest committee, whereby 50 finalists were selected based on a set of criteria. Unfortunately, we would not be able to share with you the criteria as it is confidential information. For this year, the 50 finalists were required to submit their most creative selfie with their KIAs, and the most creative selfies were chosen as winners by our contest committee. While we would love to offer the opportunity to visit our Korea HQ to all our loyal customers such as yourself, each country is given only a very limited slot to fill yearly. Please do continue to service your KIAs at our authorised service centres, and keep in touch with our Facebook Timeline for announcements on future KIA Go Xtra contest period. My wife and I have owned 4 Kia cars, all bought from new (latest one is a Sorento) within 10 years period. All cars were serviced by Kia authorised service centres even after the warranty cover is over (our previous Naza Ria SE clocked 300,000km and we still sent it for service and repair at Kia service centre).So my point is, why are we not considered as loyal customers and be treated as such.
