+VVcindy doanVV No, because the fat content of milk isn't as high as heavy cream, and will make the truffles too soft to mold. Heavy cream, whipping cream, full cream, etc, all have a fat percentage of about 40% or more, so that will make the ganache creamier, thicker, and easier to form into balls. And using anything with a smaller percentage, such as whole milk, will make them far too soft. Hope that helps. :)
