+09victoryrc Yes I wanted a 1/2 ton diesel. I will have the exact reasons I chose it over the F-150 in a video soon on my Ram EcoDiesel Source Channel.
i have actually seen many of these fuzions tensioners do that. we actually
found most of them also had the wrong length belt (too long). they fail
again within 2 months if only the tensioner is changed and proper belt is
not verified.
Brian,
Great work. It just amazes me how some repair shops can do such a
half-assed job.
That is why I don't bring my car to just any mechanic.
Perfect example: took my fusion down to the local ford dealership. The
mechanic had to take off the lower cover on my fusion to access the
transmission area to check for leaks. The mechanic over-tightened a few of
the retainer bolts and crushed the plastic loops on the cover when
reinstalling. He also forgot to install a few of the retaining bolts.
I expect my vehicle to come back from the dealership in better condition
than when it was brought in. I don't think that is too much to ask. LOL
+brakedd Yeah I have seen maybe a handful in my time. I am glad you could see it the light kind of whited it out but is very easy to see in person but man you could swear it was coming from the engine internals.
