Love this! I avoid dairy products and love using things like tahini, banana and avocado for added creaminess (Even for baking!) Great tips :D

MISSED YOU!!!! Wow never seen HVR Organic before!! Does it have the msg?? I oopsied and made some from the pkg.. had a HUGE gain in 2 days set off the vertigo so bad i was in bed!! I now know how sensative my body is to the bad things. Also lots of salt will send me into a tizzy... grr!!! I will have to try this over the weekend if i can get the info on the HVR Organic dressing. Or just make my own. Huggs Soooo happy you made a new vid!!!

Thanks hun! I miss you too and my prayers are with you through your illness. HVR has organic but, it is expensive like $6 a bottle and hard to find. My Daughter will only eat that and so i have been getting it for her. I think if you cut all the MSG, Caffiene, Aspartame and tried to eat mostly organic you would be surprised at the difference. The HVR doesn't have MSG either. Love you! Brenda

I Loooove that Pasta!!! I Order it mine at VitaCost, If anybody cant find it you can buy like 3 packages for 8bucks at Vitacost!!!! StockUp, the Tenyakka is the Best Glutten free pasta!!!
