Oh MY just found this and the old Mems it brings back. My folks where friend with Red and Julie I got pic of me riding a Stage Coach he use have there for the Kids. The was in ground Trap o leans in the front too , before there was parking. A Military man or woman always had everthing on the house. Took my wife there on our first Date Red gave her a Hamburg wrap up and when she open it it had a big bite out of it. The look on her face. I t was so sad that Red and Julie and the place is all gone

It was a great place and for those who never had the chance to eat there, Red was exactly like he was in this video pretty much every day of the year. It is a classic video, but even without it, the song itself describes the place and the atmosphere there perfectly, with lyrical economy and humor. Why the place was torn down after it closed is a mystery to me. Springfield, Missouri is poorer for it.

I saw these guys "live" back in the day...I saw them at the free spring concert series at Shyrock auditorium at SIUC....they opened a can of audience whoop ass by opening up with that song damned trans am....frigging awesome roots rock and the singer and guitarist kicked butt.....god bless the morels....a fan in Maine.......

Wow, what a great memory! Used to see the Morells every time they came to the old Parody Hall in KC. Even made a road trip to Springfield to see them play for their home town. One of the best bar shows I ever saw. Long live Lou, Maralee, D Clinton and Rongo!

For those who are interested the land that Red's used to be on is up for sale. It's the lot to the west of the Odd Fellows lodge on west Chestnut Expy. And for those who haven't been in Springfield in a coon's age, Reds has long since been torn down. :-(

Thanks to you, I just purchased & installed this filter & I really like it. It seems to be working fine judging from the flow but the media balls are NOT moving. You didn't show whether yours are moving, so I'm wondering if I did something wrong or maybe try replace with something from the Biohome line? Thanks for any help.

they give you balls to fill up the chamber fully, you can remove 1 or 2 balls if you like to have them moving but it will increase noise slightly. Having them static is not a problem as there is still a good surface area for bacteria to grow.

Bei über 300.000 CFS Patienten nur in Deutschland (geschätzter Wert) sollte diese Krankheit endlich mal richtig erforscht behandelt und anerkannt werden. Man meint gerade wie wären noch in der Steinzeit wenn es um das Thema CFS geht .
