is there a way i could correct a shoulder dislocation, i'm not even sure if
it's a shoulder dislocation, i took a nap and woke up with a left arm with
limited mobility, it was on a friday afternoon, waited painfully until
monday and just my luck, all the chiropractor in my area won't be back
until saturday
i don't think i could take the pain anymore, it's a shooting pain that is
in sync with my pulse, initially it was just a nuisance but after 1 day and
stretching the arm, it became worse i think, pain is now a stabbing pain,
and the fever and the lack of appetite though i still force myself to eat,
just makes me wish i was dead
I can move my shoulder around but it feels like it's pushed forward. No
pain really but it feels like something needs to pop or snap back in place.
I was in bed with my legs crossed and with my arm across my leg and my
wrist under my leg. I went to move my arm up, more like yank it out from
under my leg and I felt something wierd but didn't bother. Now my arm
feels, limp. Idk what to do
Tried snapping it back in by wrapping my hands around my knees and putting
a bit or pressure forward but nothing yet. No one is home to help my pop it
back in.
Any tips
Great Video. Any techniques for reducing yourself? I may need the laterjet
procedure, but can't do anything for almost a year because of work. My wife
is tiny and not much help when it comes out. Any technique for self
reduction? Thanks!
Excellent instructional video on shoulder reduction techniques. The
background music is annoyingly, disruptive and interferes with the verbal
explanation. Otherwise, good job, guys!
I think this is great, but some of the terminology was over my head...i
don't know terms much more than "Traction" let alone the names of muscle
groups or bones.
The method of hanging over a table with weights on your arm is the closest
to death you'll ever get..TRAUMATICALLY PAINFUL..near death experience in
my case.
