+Dahmane MzabiI managed to re-create it in vegas. Simply add a few clips one behind the other (they have to be clips of you un-zooming on something), then speed it up, add gaussian blur and motion track it bluring in and out on either the Y or X axis. Then render it out, add it back onto the timeline, speed it up as much as possible and make the whole thing un-zoom with the help of 'pan/crop'. That's what I did, tell me if this helped you in some way.

Theres a lot of black smoke because of lots of things 1. Reving to high 2. burning the exhaust out...... and its a diesel. .. lots more reasons.. and I had a close look at the chain at the bow and I think its just hanging in the water. No anchor. Im sure the captain has more sense then that.!!

It looks to me that the anchor is attached and holding somewhat, as it's pulled tight and on an angle, look at the 48 second mark. But he's broadside to the waves, which suggests to me he's lost steerage. I'd also suggest he's dropped the anchor to prevent being washed up on the beach which looks to be very close by

the captain is trying to escape from beach with full speed, but the waves are too high and too frequent, so the ship and her engine can not beat the waves and leave the area, although they try with their full power.

+BreathDoctor No, this is a wrong assumption of yours. In shipping, it is common practice that, if you can not beat the waves only with engine power, then captains also use anchors for increasing stabilizing capacity of vessel by anchors on the ground, and then keeps trying to move forward from the beach with engines (or to beat the waves, or sometimes only for staying idle at anchorage areas). Because anchorsa will at least increase the capability of vessel to stay idle, instead of moving back towards the beach OR moving back toward to shallow waters where the vessel will absolutely ground !
