This 14 year old boy has a wonderful voice yet he is disabled and still manages to impress the audience.

Why are people saying that puberty will ruin him? Sure he won't be able to hit those crazy high notes, but his voice will become more rich and powerful. You also don't magically lose your sense of pitch during puberty... A singers ear is his greatest asset.
