Don't worry about internet comments if people start to rag on the driving, what do people expect when you get to look at the car and then are expected to be a pro first lap through, this isn't gran turismo :)Still nice to be able to vicariously live through your experience, seems like the car was pretty powerful and it sounded pretty good
These scumbag luxury sedans. There needs to be one button somewhere on the
console that says OFF. You press it and all the bullshit is off. Why is
that so hard to put in? Tells you a lot about the people that buy these
cars; if they didnt want the ability to play with 15 different jackoff
modes they wouldnt put this nonsense in there in the first place.
+savagegeese lol, locked out; that's fkn progress. The germans started this trend in their cars and somehow it became some sort of bar to meet for everyone. As if dicking around with a bunch of computer settings 20 minutes before switching the ignition somehow makes a car better. There's adjustable everything; its got to be the dumbest trend i've seen in modern cars. Traction and stability control are wonderful things but you dont need to constantly protect the driver from themselves by making this shit the secret cheat code to a video game.
One of the last videos I am doing talks about this how absurd it all is. The Vette, I had my GM rep explain to me how to set the track mode to avoid the same issue. The engineers recommended race mode - sport 2 and after mistakenly changing the settings too many times the car locked out switching it. Took 10 minutes of dicking around. Absolutely absurd. Its almost all cars doing this. I asked the same exact thing. Why cant we just have a one press off? (Bla bla bla)
