decided to get another clip of it revving, just for the hell of it.
95 Probe GT Push Button Start
lost my keys... so this happened.
2010 Prius Start and ready failure leading to fail to move.
Prius failure to go to ready state during bootup sequence even with new battery in the key fob.

If you don't hear the motor contactor click down close noise inside the
traction battery when you apply the start button and brake more then likely
you have a low starting battery in the right corner of the trunk. If it is
not the problem then you have a bad switch or interlock connection at the
battery pack which you need to reset by pushing and pulling on the battery
disconnect. If all else fails then call toyota. The car starts by pushing
the start button which closes a motor contactor that is basically a big
relay that feeds power to the inverter which starts up the gas motor. Other
things to check for are blown fuses. Good luck.

i noticed this happens with mine when the 12v battery started to fail.
hitting the power button again starts and ready's the car. that or your
keyfob battery is going dead. did you try and insert the key into the
keyfob slot on the dash?

Did you ever get it work or did you have to tke it to a mechanic if you
have any advice i am having the same problem and the car is sitting i need

I have this SAME problem!!!! Did you get a solution?? I find hitting start
2xsuper quick starts it when it stalls but not always. The other day I sat
for 10 mins trying!!!
