Find out which shim spacer on the valves has too much play and replace it. I had to go to Lexus dealer for shims. It got better but never went away. At 201k it blew a rod. Got Japanese engine with 35k on it and is still running good.

it is inline 6; pwr, eco and snow are not "for suspension"; and this european version does not have manual shifting; go read wikipedia!!!
