+Ho Lee Fuk Well you can just take a habanero take it to the airport drive on a dirt bumb then try to controle the 2 wheel or you can take a lowrider prime get it in high position then get some speed and turn then like the habanero you just have to control the 2 wheel. +Beka‹3 Honestly, it's impossible to say man. Everyone is different. The best advice I can give you is to work on becoming more explosive and just keep getting stronger. Always make sure your squats are as explosive as possible, never stop practicing your jumping, and include some other explosive work in your routine as well, such as power cleans or jump squats.

+Forest of Wolves Gym with lean bodymass i may be like 65 kg. and untrained i had 35 cm its like 14 inches vertical lol at 96 kg.... now at 175 lbs i got 22 inch vertical (max) and my squat after 1 month training maximum i made was 75 kg 3 or 4 x but it was tough (i know it sucks) but what u think about squat's weight how much should u add to increase leap above 40inch

+Beka‹3 It depends what your vertical jump and squat are when you're untrained. If you start off with a 35 inch vertical, you won't have to add very much to your squat to hit 40 inches.
