thank you, I appreciate your support so much! I will work on putting together something like that. It's definitely still a learning process for me, especially because I don't eat meat or dairy (I just recently stopped eating dairy which has made me feel much better!). I get most of my nutrients from plant based foods and I make sure to eat lots and count nutrients to make sure I get enough throughout the day (and meet my calorie needs). I use the cronometer app on my phone to help with that. :)

I've also used Everyday Shea (the shampoo) it works well and is a decent price for natural product! Have you smelled the Vanilla-Mint shampoo? Only issue with that scent is that it's not verified to be gluten free. Love your videos! Just started my own channel and would love if you could check it out. thanks :) I also agree with the raw honey, if it is pasteurized/processed, it removes a lot of the beneficial properties.

I have sensitive and acne prone skin so I was really hesitant to try it at first, too, because I usually use a cleanser for acne...but I decided to try it and it's worked very well for me so far! Where do you get the benicos (?) products? (the blush you mentioned). Honey is good for so much! :) Its good for beauty and health. its my favorite. It helps with keeping hemoglobin up. (I had cancer and while i was in the hospital i drank tea with honey.)

It's mostly preference, but things like face wash or shampoo/conditioner can easily get into my mouth in the shower, etc. so it's best to use products that are gluten free for that reason. It's always easier to be on the safe side with things like that :)

I've been using my eye makeup remover, then the honey to cleanse, and then a toner afterwards to make sure it got everything. It's been working really well for me so far, you'll have to let me know what you think if you try it! :)

I love raw honey! I use it once a week as a facial mask, leaving it on for about 15-20 minutes. It's so moisturizing and, like you mentioned, anti bacterial so it helps with my breakouts. And as a bonus it exfoliates too!
