You can forget using an iphone for it. Its screen resolution is very poor. You need at least 1920 x 1080 of a OnePlus One or best to use a Samsung Galaxy S6 with 1440x2560.

The 6+ is 1080p, also my iPhone 5 that is 720p is still fine, I can still see the pixels, but it's still pretty good.
