+Ignacio Leikis long time to answer, sorry bout that. I don't really know what it would take. It's conditioned externally from your array of options, there is the academia, the people, the media, your inner relations circle. after all that you get lucky your paper makes it through these, you might hope no one else thought of it before, then... well then you're going somewhere, i guess
