I agree to include the area near campus, and to do two list (on campus crime, near campus crime and an average). Here is why: I know it could look bad for a few university, but if I was in a position in one of these university I will take it as motivation to do something about the crime. For me, it's always important to do something about crime, but it give weight -> "look, assholes! We are the most dangerous college in america. You're doing something about it, or I'm giving you bad publicity."

Well, the worst one on that list is UCLA, with an average of 921 property crime and 49 violent crime per years in the surrounding of the campuss. This is not good if you compared to the rest of the list, but it's not that bad if you compared to Candem, New-Jersey... Or to Bolivia. I would use these list as motivation - because a college campus is an institution that have political weight. For instance, get a collegial police community service with 3 or 4 retired officer over 60...

And she sits in one spot the entire time.. doesn't stand up switch cross anything..... gay. Why would I watch this channel then? I mean.... you wear that little skirt to bring in viewers.... but what about getting subscribers... you gotta promise to open your legs once a week at a random time.... THAT will bring in subscribers!!! People will be watching very vid waiting for it to happen!

I can't stand how a short skirt can attract all these viewers to a shitty channel. I LOVE TYT... but after TYT interviews they stopped coming up with good channels. TYT and interviews are he only worth while channels for TYT. If this chick sat there with a short skirt and her legs OPEN then MAYBE it'd attract me as a viewer... but jeeze how cheap do you think I am :o)

Not surprised to see my school was on the original list (#2-U. Rochester) The only reason we were ranked that high is because of our city location and proximity to a more dangerous inner city neighborhood. Glad to see it was revised (no longer on the list :) ) as it was misleading. the school is safe on campus.

I visited Berkeley once, and had my rental car's trunk broken into and two suitcases stolen. Very weird vibe in that town. And not in the "peace and love" hippy vibe. Lots of homeless goons hanging around, and the town just seems to love 'em!

The top 10 schools are all higher in varied ethnicity so crime might be higher as a result. Personally I don't think crime should correlate with ethnicity but then again it's not racist if it's true...

UOP (Uni. of Pacific) in Stockton, CA..is probably one of the safest places that I've ever been too-- in one of the most notorious city here in California because of gang violence.

I'm not surprised Rutgers Newark made that list. I go to NJIT in Newark right next to it (basically the same campus) and I fear for my life everyday commuting there lol.

Hey, maybe the guy, Thadeus (!), had a point, instead of suspending him they should wonder why so many American Black females have such a bad attitude : always pissed off, yelling and screaming ... makes sense to me.
