I"m afraid I couldn't get it printed in time.  Back to plan B of hand painting one on plywood and mounting in the back of my flatbed pickup truck.

We're temporarily displaying it ahead of the big rally in Seattle. Rick Halle with the Guns Rights Coalition (their group is searchable on Facebook) was kind enough to bring it by so we could have it in front of people prior to the event, but we don't have any more. Rick could probably get you the file to have it printed.

To all idiots who dont fucking know what they are talking about,every single gas engine has a powerband including a damn lawn mower,the powerband is really the power valves,valves by the exhaust port,the block off half of the port,when the bike hits a certain rpm,a sprocket rotates,pushing a rod,pushing another rod that opens the powervalves,when they are opened they release more gases faster giving the engine a higher rpm thus giving it more power

I just did this mod, havn't ran the bike yet but it should wake both my 350l and 400l up. If it doesnt I will just have to buy a 10hp bolt on pipe for $250. That baffle is ridiculously huge and restrictive, I am considering just cutting the whole thing off and putting a motorcycle straight pipe exhaust on it.

@350Z1233 im not a retard ive got two of the exact same bikes and a trail boss 250 same exact thing different gearing and frame. A "powerband" is a figure of speech used to tell the time that the enginge produces the most horsepower at a single rpm. thats it all a "powerband" is its an overused expression.

ya iam working on one right now but the throttle is stuck and i dont no y i put some carb cleaner in it but it still is like froze and its not cold here eather. got any ideas.?

i gained a bunch of power, when you floor it it goes like it normally would untill it revs up higher, then it hits this powerband that can throw the whole thig into a drift

Jkuaffman990 how is your throttle froze when my 1996 trailblazer has a electronic throttle so it doesn't freeze look on your throttle housing it's says what I just said

This is a stock pipe. A drag pipe will have a designed expansion chamber to take care of back pressure....not the case in this pipe.

You will be very happy with them. I had those ultras on f150 for over 100k and when I replace them still some pressure and I work my truck like crazy( tiles and hardwood floor) pallets every week. Worth every penny.
