Update: The dealer performed the listed TSB under warranty and the problem went away.

This is exactly my 2013 Escape's issue. Did they repair and resolve the issue?

Si es como creo que lo oi deberias revisar los puntos de soldadura debajo del panel de plastico que va arriba de los asientos. Mi mazda hacia un ruido infernal y termino siendo que parte de la lata interna se habia roto y se habian soltado 3 pts de soldadura mas o menos a la altura del apoya cabezas izquierdo. Se reparo y ahora anda como carro nuevo.
