+Adam K The K&T branches off the Norfolk Southern mainline at Stearns, Kentucky. The line more or less heads west for about six miles and ends just before the Cumberland River where the track was taken up many years ago.

+Paul Rude These trips are only allowed through an agreement between NARCOA and the Kentucky & Tennessee Railway. The K&T still owns the track but just don't use this section. The only access to this part of the line is via the live rail the K&T still uses.

I would love to go on that little trip, If it was me I would rig up a sickle bar mower on a trailer and tow it in the back of my speeder and rig a counter weight on it so if it caught on something it would flip up put a small motor on it for power

There wasn't enough bridges here before this, the Kennedy bridge was already at Maxium capacity and now it is going to practicaly double with the Sherman Minton out.
