45 and in shape that is awsome anyone can look good no matter how old they
r u just have 2 work out wether is muscle building or cardio i mean phil
colin from def leppard does a lot of cardio so he's in shape and i think he
is in his 50's now

@tealeh2 Hi! Thanks for following! I use the machines/weight about 4 times
a week. I also add in 30 cardioblasts and use all sorts of equipment like,
balls, bands boss. Keep the body guessing.
