Such as the Government funded and official cycling techniques by "bikeability"? Which states to take central position at a junction when traffic can turn left?Which I was doing in this video.The driver needs driving lessons. Do that on a driving test and you would fail straight away.

Nope! That is the problem. A person on a bike is seen as a "smaller" object - easy to bully out the way, with minimum damage to themselves. But could cause major damage to the "smaller" object.

why are the bosses on these shows always so fucking clueless about they way their own businesses run? I mean just what the fuck do these people do all day, advertising and thumb-sucking? I mean how can you not already know the inner workings of your undertaking, the skills, the tools, the needs and how things operate? Just how and why would you not know?

+elchasai maybe because they have people that are SUPPOSE to give them an honest report on these things but they do not. All companies have underlings that give them reports on the inner workings and many times those underlings give false reports or glamoured up reports to get a pay raise or hide their own miss deeds from the bosses.
