That is right, your standars of beuty are YOUR standards of beuty, and speaking of over inflated egos, how about checking your own? It seems that you have found a definitive cannon of beauty, what an accomplishment, phylosophers for thousand of years haven't been able to agree on that, and all the sudden a nobody comes up with this incredible enlightment and shares it with all of us! I have flown more than 119 times in my life, does that make me a pilot?

Malheureusement, je n'ai enregistré que cette aria lors de la diffusion. Quelqu'un avait d'autres extraits en ligne mais je ne les retrouve plus. Je ne crois pas que l'enregistrement complet soit apparu sur Internet, et c'est fort dommage, mais Radio Tre doit l'avoir dans ses archives et pourrait un jour le rediffuser.

La meilleure interprétation que je n'ai jamais écouté de cet air sublime! Fiagoli touche, en toute franchise, nos coeurs et l'interprétation musicale de Curtis est classe! Où l'on peux trouver l'oeuvre intégrale?

I even like the video that accompanies the music. It's a refreshing change from the Classical paintings of courtesans, countesses, and countryside that usually grace the videos of Baroque arias!

In my opinion, Franco Fagioli is the best thing that has happened to vocal Baroque music since Alfred Deller brought it back in the 50's. What an incredible artist he is! He is addictive!
