Este caso de Memphis es bantante extraño e inusual, pero aun así no se compara con el que sucedió hace algunos años en Pakistan, precisamente fue en el 2010, en donde una de las ciudades de este se vio inundada por una masiva lluvia y su consecuencia fue de que las arañas existentes de hay, comenzaron a habitar en los arboles, dando asi una apariencia tenebrosa.

What probation is and what probation is supposed to be can be two very different things. Probation is supposed to be a form of "supervised" release as an alternative to jail. It can be good for some people, it can vary county to county, officer to officer, I have talked to and met amazing probation officers, they have helped family and friends but I have also seen probation's DARK underbelly. It can be very scary.

i got probation for a dwi and it suck so that im about ready to tell them i want jail time. dont get why the loss of all rights ... when its for driving. and most people dont need jail they need help with alcohol or mental health. right?

In some cases, probation can be worse than a jail sentence. An excellent point made here is the difference in time served as compared to the time on probation. Is probation worth it? That decision should be carefully considered.

But see probation officers in many states do not have time due to their case load to follow probationer's so closely. And it can depend on the crime and the priors.
