HEllo AskPcexperts! I got an virus and my computer crashed.. After that I
got to goto a engineer. He told me to come back and take with me my
computer home tommorow. He said it will take 1 day to fix it. Next day i
came to take my 2 computers home. The one of the computer could not access
task manager or install any antivirus. It could just install firefox and
nothing else! It was infected with tons of trojans! The 2nd computer that
the engineer fixed could access task manager and install

LOL, if people that have pc that are infected with virus and search for
this video then they should be able to google for free help online with
free volunteers that can read "hijack this" logs and help you clean
computers with free virus and spyware removes. I'm one of those volunteers,
and so far I said screw those pay-as-you go protection and get free malware
protection online such as "Malwarebytes anti-malware" or spybot search and
destory. They are way better than the ones you buy.

My method of removing Virus without AV For more minor infection; 1. Look
for processes running on startup using Hijackthis and Autoruns 2. Search
the entries for suspicious item and google it, delete those item and search
for the item in registry then delete the registry item too. 3. Just in case
there's a rootkit run a scan using Gmer too. For more severe infection e.g,
cant boot in safe mode, can't run any program including hijack this, use
the ultimate boot disc for windows.

@generalhospital18 I'm unfamiliar with AVG, from many comments I've read, I
assumed it was a legitimate anti-virus. As I said, I've also seen comments
by people that say they can't uninstall it. I run Norton, Malwarebytes,
Comcast Pest Control, Spybot, and I've had Firefox with ad block and no
script for about 1 month. I've fought tons of malware, I surf porn but not
nearly as much as I used to. I had to re-install Windows, and I got lucky
there. I hate malicious script.

@Slash3r666 I'm absolutely positive Anti Virus 2010 is a fake security
hi-jacker. If it gets on your browser u must use system restore or
Malwarebytes to get rid of it. Recently, I got up, turned on computer and I
had 5 viruses, don't know how I got them. I had to do a repair install of
windows, cuz I didn't have any icons on my desktop. Since then I downloaded
Mozilla Firefox with adblock, and no script, I'm trying to be as safe as I
can. Don't like $100 repair bills.

can someone help me please! my computer is totally fucked! It doesnt work
properly, it always crashes gets the blue screen, it only works in safe
mode, in regular mode it completely freezes and i cant do a damn thing, and
my hardrive makes a weird buzzing noise and i think its my fan but idk, and
sometimes when i click the internet, and i try to type in a website it
randomly exits the browser someone help me! i deleted so much shit off my
computer! IDK whats wrong!

=( heyys =( im not really sure what to do, when i was on msn last night,
somone sent me this thing saying " Photo :D (( then a link )) i clicked on
it, and it did come up with this thing saying " threat detected" i still
went on the link because i trusted the person =( i had to allow the
programme to acces my system, so i did, but i logged onto msn just now, and
all my friends have asked why i sent them a link, i diddnt at all

Hi SPSOFGR! Lemme know exactly what happened! Do you get an error message
on Task Manager- like it has been disabled by the administrator!!!
Sometimes the viruses that enter the system disable the Task Manager. No
problems! Just do a regedit and double click Disable Task Manager andunder
Value Data set the value to 0. Click exit and Restart. It should work- If

ok im not sure if i have a virus or not but i think i do....because norton
security tells me it cant run a scan until problem is resolved!WTF!if i dnt
kno what the problem is how can i fix it duh......ok but heres whats wrong
with my pc.i dnt get pop ups my desktop sreen is all black and cant open
any programs unless i open the task manager(ctrl+alt+del)and go frm
there.....can you help???

For your Trojan problem go download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (google it)
you can get the free version or donate to them by paying. And then run it
in save-mode (by pressing F8 at computer start up) and run full scan. Then
get hijack this (also google it) and post one of those logs on malware
remover website and let those free experts help see if your computer is
clean.

an antivirus and then I scanned every program in my computer was infected!
over 130 programs! The program the engineer used to fix our computer was
called systemdiagonics.exe. Can you help me?= The 2nd computer has lot of
viruses but they cannot do damage but the 1st.. What should I do?= I cant't
access the task manager on the 1st or download anything!

no no no no no... im dealing with a virus right now and it will be removed
soon, gonna nuke that son of a bitch.. viruses doesnt have to be files, it
could be folders aswell.. and remember to check your task manager all the
time to see what goes on in your computer, but dont only check your tasks,
check the amount of memory that is being used

Hi Mike, I did follow all the steps you demonstrated but when I reached the
"Restore my system to an earlier time" I had only September. I tried to
change the year but the "years" bar wouldn't move backward to another year.
I need to go 3 years back when my XP got infected and I didn't fix the
problem then. I set it aside and started using a mac. Would you please tell
me how to proceed. It seems that I have a Trojan Virus, W32. Ackanttaa worm
and God knows what else. Thank you so much !

@amandahiya sorry for the late reply! No it will not delete any files or
folders the only thing it will delete are any programmes you have installed
online ( after the date that you choose on system restore ) It is safe to
use and will not delete any personal files like; pictures, word documents,
music ect. It will only delete programmes installed online ( after the date
that you choose on system restore )

Do not buy the software its all a scam. Have you tried System Restore like
my video says? I've had the same problem as your having before and System
Restore was a great way to get rid of it for me.
