Well, yes and no. When I started at this weight class three years ago, I was about this weight (but chubbier), and then I slowly leaned out until I was around 152-153. Over the last year or so, I've put weight back on, and I relaxed my diet after RUM and ultimately got up as high as 167. Now I'm back down to 159 and in the process of taking my weight further down while the training isn't too intense. I'd like to get my weight down into the mid-150s over the off-season so that I can run my meet-prep macro on a surplus. I guess the simple answer is that it's complicated, but that I'm working on improving my body comp for next year's meet.
