Ok, just found out something interesting...hearing these things may depend
on your speakers, my speakers cut out at 17000 but I found out by using a
pair of headphones designed for other frequencies that my hearing ranges
from 1 hz to I think it was either 72000 or 76000hz. You may want to check
getting different speakers or headphones if you can't hear higher.
@GamingXpaul2K10 lol, I know what you mean, my brother had his headphones
on half volume and had 76,000hz going. He could hear it normally but when
he had me listen to it it felt like someone was drilling into my eardrums
it was so loud and piercing...I found that really strange and I'm not going
to listen to that sound on headphones ever again :P
no not every human can hear 20 000 hz... every ten years you lose about
1000 hz of hering...that means that if you're 30 years old you can hear
only about 17 000 hz ... but you can't take that as a rule every person is
differen :-) if you don't believe me ask a Good physiks teacher
Interesting, I went to 20,000 on another site, but the tones change in
between. Like they go down a bit before jumping way up high. I think I
attracted some bats cause they are hitting my balcony window and there is a
space craft landing near by , Feck !!!
on the other hand this video doesnt support after 17kHz...so u cant test ur
self after 17kHz. You can check that from your sound bar in windows bar
close to clock.
What you guys saying fake. You got no point here, i can barely ear 20 000
hz (i think) but my cat still repond to that with is voice (ultrasound are
eared by cats)
its good to know that youtube can only go up to 17, cuz thats where i
stopped hearing it. but not everyone can hear 20, each person has a
different range
Hab beats by dr dre solo hd ab 7000hz wirds leise und bei 17000hz kOmmt nix
mehr :D ps ich teste das grad mit iphone also bin mit iphone youtube drine
:)
@Aineairlia your tooth has the same frequency (20000), so it starts to
vibrate, then it hurts...
The BEST F-104 demo EVER!!! Whistle sounds NO music or talking!
//www.Facebook.com/Xrm150 I share great stuff on there! Please let me know what you liked or hated about this video! I read everything! This F-104 was ...
I flew nearly 1000 hours in this amazing machine.... Flying the CF 104
cannot be imagined. The thrust, responsiveness and guts built into this
brilliant fighter will never be forgotten by those few who flew as
Starfighter Pilots. Tiger 61, 439 Squadron.
+Brian Croft My father was a Navy F4 pilot. He used to educate me a lot on military jets. He told me this airplanewas difficult to fly, mostly because of the small wing. What was the landing approach speed on this jet?
The German air force used some of them and they still may be in service. I
could not see where they was of much use except as interceptors and
trainers for the Air Force and NASA. i enjoyed the video and remember them,
but never saw any flying during my time in the Air Force.
+Sidney Mathious That´s possible. You´re right, there were some irregularities, later called the Lockheed bribery scandals.A lot F104 flown in Europe was built here under license and some with modifications - for example additional weapon stations and stabilizers, because they changed the mission profiles from interceptor to bomber.Oh I have to change the "in Italy till 1994" to 2004...But I still miss the sound... I remember my mother hated it ;)
I read somewhere that the American military really didn't want it, but the builder managed to get other countries to buy them with money being passed under the table.
+Sidney Mathious The F104s in Germany was shot down in the 80th. Some flew in Italy till 1994.The last one I saw was in 1988 at an air show at Nörvenich AirBase, near my hometown - it was one from the Netherlands with a special painting - just one day before the disaster at the air show at US Airforce Base in Ramstein ended military airshows with flying near spectators and aerobatics in Germany. :(
+Sidney Mathious Thing is, Lockheed bought off politicians to have Germany buy the F-104, even though it was barely staying in the inventory back in the US, because it couldn't do anything other than interception better than its peers. It was designed to meet requests of pilots in Korea who wanted basically a manned missile with wings. It was then cheaper to keep them rather than buy something new ( even though Germany was involved in the development of the Tornado and Eurofighter decades later ).
New Holland TM 150 -STRAIGHT PIPE TURBO WHISTLE SOUND !!
Very loud turbo whistle!! great sound!!:) 230hp "EAR ORGASM WARNING!!!!!!"also watch New holland T8030 with 8" open pipe ...
Is that the planes that "Ryan" in the movie "Saving private Ryan" calls:
Tank Busters? aka Angels on ouer shoulders? Just asking :)
And yea i also wonder, What makes that screaming sound? The intake?
+Kelly McAuley Maybe if you had your ears right behind the gun ports midflight you'd hear some quiet whistling, but this particular whistling is caused by the cooling radiator, pause at 0:05, you see that intake on the underside? designed like that to cool the radiator while producing meaningful thrust through the expansion of air and design of the duct :)Youtube Scramjet, it's similar science, but the 2015 version ;)
+William Dahl WRONG! The Merlin definitely was. Fuck sake, read something. The Allison was not a later edition, it was the first engine used which was underpowered and done away with in favor of the Packard Merlin. This Packard Merlin powered P-51D would have used a two-stage, two-speed supercharger.
+gearhead4778 the Merlin wasnt not supercharged. the later packard and allisons had superchargers

This is awesome! You guys transition from arguing P51 vs. Spitfire sound to
full scale war USA vs. GB in just a few dozen responses. :D :D
A multi-role fighter can't really be compared fairly to a single-role
fighter (Spitfire), as the single-role machine will always win out in it's
single role- in this case a dogfight.
I admit that the Spitfire is prettier, and theoretically superior in a
dogfight, but the P51D was a newer, more advanced air superiority design.
It's .50 cal guns can't be over-stated. The Mustang didn't need a cannon
with the 50's, it simply tore through anything in the air or on the
ground at the time, with those guns.
+David Philpott so a multi role fighter like the P 51 which did what? escort USAAF bombers and try to catch V1`s while the single role Spitfire did air superiority, photo reconnaissance, dive bombing, escort of RAF and USAAF bombers, and much more the P 51 could not do.Since P 51 pilots did attack Spitfire`s and they could not shoot any down, the Spitfire turned, climbed and accelerated better, in fact a Seafire pilot who was attacked by two P 51`s simply turned and shot one down before he realized they were P 51`s and not the Luftwaffe. the other P 51 pilot was lucky. As for the 0.5, it was like a pea shooter compared to the 20 mm, RAF Spitfire`s escorting USAAF B 17`s on a bombing raid, the Spitfire pilots when they returned reported that they had met no opposition, the B 17 crews claimed 25 Bf 109`s shot down, some of the Spitfire`s had a few bullet holes, all the Spitfire`s got home so much for the 0.5.America wanted to use 20 mm but after getting the Hispano 20 mm from Britain, the Americans who always know best made changes and they made many millions of rounds of ammunition which could not be used in their fighters because they jammed frequently the P 38 had one 20 mm in the nose and when it jammed the pilot had to clear and recock it.When the British army stopped and sent the Wermacht packing during the Battle of the Bulge, USAAF P 38`s came through and strafed everything, the German`s who were not there, the British, who only sustained one casualty, and anyone else anywhere near.
+David Philpott Sorry my friend the Spitfire did not stay old by the P51D the MkXIV was out and left the P51D behind in nearly all flight characteristics except extreme range
+David Philpott what crap you tried to licence build the Hispano cannon failed and the US was forced to continue with the 50Cal. The 50 was 4times as good as the .303 and the cannon was over 4times as good as the 50
