I make a chocolate self-saucing pudding like this. It's so easy & so good!
1 TBS of self raising flour
1TBS of cocoa powder
1TBS of sugar
1 1/2 TBS of milk
Mix it all together in a cup, then sprinkle about 1/2 TBS of cocoa powder &
the same amount of sugar on top. Pour over 1-2 TBS of warm water (I use
enough to cover the topping) then microwave for 30-40 seconds & eat it with
ice cream!
It's time for another mug cake! This time we are making a nice Banana Mug Cake. As always this is an easy and great tasting recipe when you just want a quick ...

4 Ingredient, Gluten & Dairy Free Chocolate Banana Pudding Mug cake. Cooked in the microwave for a 1 minute and 15 seconds. This makes 2 cakes which ...
I hate to be rude, but isn't most cocoa powder gluten free? My brother's
celiac, and we've never had a problem with any cocoa powder (especially
since it's dairy, what I'm intolerant to, that is usually associated with
cocoa)
Thank you very much for your feedback Raphiel, I like to clarify that an ingredient I am using is gluten free. Some things are supposed to be GF and aren't Soy Sauce is a classic example. If products are processed in factories where cross contamination can occur people such as your brother may have adverse reactions. We try to provide the most accurate information we can. Some times people will use substitutes that aren't Gluten Free, like some drinking chocolate powder and encounter problems. We don't think you are rude at all we value your feedback and try to be as helpful as possible. Hopefully providing diet variety to assist people with food sensitivities and allergies. Thank you very much for watching.;-))
Hi Rochelle, I haven't tried to cook this in an oven but I believe you could make it in an ovenproof ramekin or mini pie or casserole dish bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 5-6 minutes. It will be moist like a pudding but still yummy. Hope this helps and thank you very much for watching. I love that you tell us where you're from. It's always nice to know a little bit about our audience.;-))
