Web exclusive: Jeb Bush on Putin, US-Israel relations
GOP presidential candidate on how he would handle Russia and 'bully' Putin, how Mitt Romney was 'completely right' about Russia, how he believes Obama is ...
If Jeb wants to appear to be pro-Israel, he shouldn't be reminding everyone
that Israelis were killed by scud missiles because of his father's
treasonous relationship with the Saudis.
+moonvapors Ironically yes. It is disturbing to see these American politicians describe their own country's behavior when they try to vilify Russia. What a pathetic spectacle.
Both of the Bush brothers are products of their handlers... their cronies.
Mitt Romney Hates Fox News Interview
Was Fox News anchor Bret Baier unfair and overly aggressive with his interview of 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Fox News? The Young Turks host ...
So what if single payer would drive the private health insurers out of
business. With single payer, there is not need for private health insurers.
From the consumers POV, there is no advantage to private health insurance.
+ccmanize In the UK we have a government run healthcare system paid for out of general taxation. And guess what? We also have private healthcare companies, for those that want to use them. They do exist... they're just not giant corporations that tell government what to do.
Rupert Murdoch is the most evil man in America. Fox News is the most evil
organization in America. Rupert Murdoch owns the Republican party, and has
turned half of it's "bought and paid for" members to evil.
Mitt Romney was another John Kerry. A rich liberal Massachusetts flip
flopper. I was staunchly opposed to him in the 2012 primary and
presidential election.
+Jake SmithRand Paul opposes Nafta, tpp, aid to Israel, patriot act. He also opposes Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and Yemen. He's also opposed to sanctions on Iran. That's a platform. Trump won't be the frontrunner in February. He's a liberal democrat and I could never vote for Jeb.
+Matt Jones I'm not sure if you watched the GOP debate, but who seems more radical? With Trump being the frontrunner, the conservatives are a joke to politics. And you think it's hard for democrats to win? LOL. You're living in a fantasy world. Obama won twice because he blew the other candidates out of the water. They had shit policies. And guess what's going to happen in 2016?
+Matt Jones It's hard for the Republican party because they're split among themselves. there are still some extreme right wingers battling the moderate ones.
+Matt Jones Flip flopper? How do you think someone like Romney could win any primary if he didn't flip on some of his beliefs? To demonstrate some left wing policies is devastating to him.The reason he was on the defensive in this interviewer is that the people watching were the people he needed on his side. Romney pursued exactly the strategy that was necessary to win the Republican vote. He was a very qualified candidate. But I bid you good luck if you ever decide to compete at an Iowa Caucus and say "I support Intl. Health Care" or "I support gay marriage" or "I want abortions"

In Obama's term, he has given more aid to Israel than Bush did in 4 years.
Just today, he gave Israel 100 million to build some defenses Under Obama,
Iranian scientists have been assasinated, there have been reports of
planting spies in the Iranian government to weaken it, two devastating
cyberattacks have obliterated Iran. Crushing sanctions. Crushing sanctions
Praise from Israel. Binding the USA to veto any UN resolution that is
against Israel, no matter what Israel does What did Bush do?
What foam is there? You implied Obama had disdain for Israel yet on a list
of facts you change the subject? Atleast I fact check you liberal dumbass.
Take any six of Bush's years and you get more than Obama's four. Who is the
revisionist now? For a man who has disdain of Israel (Obama), having sixty
percent approval rating in Israel and among Jewish Americans and expected
to take seventy percent of the Jewish American vote in the November
election, he hides it well.
It also happens to be the right thing to do. When you've got a country that
is 5 bad days away from being run by radical religious zealots, whose
religion condones murder of jewish people, and is trying to complete
nuclear weapons.... Well Israel has a right and IMO a duty to its people to
stop that from happening, one way or another. All Romney was doing is
voicing what most of us think anyways.
I think she was alluding to her opinion that anti-Obama ads are racist.
Obama is perfect (Chris Matthews said so), to anyone opposing him is an
idiot, a racist, or an racist idiot.
Like ElRusbo has explained so well.. Jewish voters, like Black voters are
liberal first. So they tend to vote liberal before they vote what may be
right or better for themselves.
Great show except for commenting on someones hair style. If i waht to hear
about hairstyles, Ill read the tabloids. Sorry can't give this one a thumbs
up cause of that.
Mitt Romney is the worst person in the world everything that's good in a

@romanmir01 The biggest incentives were the completely out of control
uncapped bonuses for executives. Some of them are paid a billion dollars or
more, and they will willingly sacrifice long term viability to get the
short term profit margin or book value or whatever the metric for their
bonuses is.Only certain kinds of mortgages were guaranteed, and the ones by
Countrywide were NOT,until they were shifted over to another part of the
organisation, which would have been ILLEGAL under Glass Steagall
the people that dont like that criticism are the people that understand
what private equity firms and realize that companies like BC turn around
faulty businesses that were gonna go bankrupt eventually and in fact are
responsible for jobs and economic growth- i dont expect fat politician newt
or backwards texas hick perry to know jack shit about the private sector
let alone obama whose resume includes being a community organizer and
spending and amassing more debt than bush and reagen combined
what you don't grasp is that even if Robney "saved" those companies...he
saved the COMPANIES...NOT JOBS. Oftentimes (in their own thinking) part of
"saving a company" means KILLING THOUSANDS OF JOBS. Just to (supposedly)
"save the company". No, but they just want to make the company RICHER...and
have even MORE PROFITS. So don't hand me that old drone-ish line. Rob-ney
was NOT a "job creator". That's a laugh. But a job DESTROYER. And no,
corporations are NOT "people". But legal money concepts.
Everyone EXCEPT Ron Paul is a Bohemian Grove Sausage smoking, death
worshiping, sociopathic ass hole... Stupid f@#$ers just want some sharp cut
smooth talking jackass from a "christian background."
I'm not so sure if I agree with the analysis that this helps Romney. These
attack adds seem to stick and they have caused a large discussion in the
mainstream media about Romney's business past. Coupled with videos now
popping up of conservatives saying they would rather vote for Obama than
Romney because he destroyed their jobs and Romney's "I like to fire people"
gaffe and he is bound to lose some support. It's just that most of his
opponents are too weak and damaged to profit from it.
@glddraco666 You didn't look into the video past the title, did you? What
is all of this based off of? If anything, Cenk wanted *more* regulation of
Wall Street and corporations in general in order to prevent future
financial crises. Completely counter to the anti-Keynesian (Reaganomics)
economic policy you just said he supported. If you actually watched the
video you would know that he was surprised that Gingrich and Perry are
rallying against Wall street in order to attack Romney.
@romanmir01 Did you read about the chinese workers who went to the top of
the factory and are threatening suicide because of their working conditions
and low pay? Oh yeh - they make ipads - gee there might be a shortage of
those real soon. All money is counterfeit - there is no real value - none
only what men put on it. china will soon have all the intellectual
proporties since all the factories are being built there - China has laws
and they enforce it against corporations.
@dangerouslytalented Of-course the banks used Feds money! The banks were
given money at a huge discount by the Fed since the "maestro" (and I don't
understand why Greenspan was held in such a high regard, must have been the
glasses) was giving out counterfeit credit like candy. While some were
taking loans to buy homes, some were taking loans to buy businesses, like
the Internet businesses, that should not have even started, they were
broken from beginning. Same with Romney
@justonefirefly1 No, there is real money, and it's not even gold, it's
production The only real money in trade is value of products, and people
set the exchange rates between different products. How many loafs of bread
for a new 50 inch plasma TV for example? A gov't PRINTS the money and then
this money is used to buy products from people who MADE them, that's
counterfeiting of value and stealing of products, it's not trade The
Chinese are hurt by GOV'T STEALING from them
well here the Turkey is proven SO WRONG as usual. He was doubting that
Obama would be doing this stuff to Romney that Gingrich and Perry did
months ago. When that's EXACTLY what Obama's campaign is doing, and even
MORE INTENSELY. (And it's justified in a way). But why was it so hard to
believe for the Young Turkey that Obama would be doing this around this
time? Bringing up the whole Bain stuff? Arrogant cocksureness makes people
many times get EGG ON THEIR FACE.
@dangerouslytalented As to securitization - this was started with FHA and
very much promoted later with Freddie/Fannie, and the fact is that gov't
created not just incentives (low interest rates) but imperatives (HUD and
FHA and F & F), those entities were guaranteeing mortgages that were high
risk from the start, they had MANDATES to guarantee high risk mortgages.
Free market does not give out loans like that because risk is unsustainable
and it's not gov't money
@dangerouslytalented slashdot [dot]
org/journal/270710/fundamental-fiscal-policy-failure-resulting-in-high-frequency-trading
or tiny url: 6bvk8tu I am saying that the gov't destroyed expectation of
being actually PAID for INVESTMENT. People aren't buying shares OR gov't
bonds to hold and have income streams, they are speculating only, only
waiting for prices to move to sell/buy. This is a perverse incentive
created by counterfeit money, thanks to the Fed.
@dangerouslytalented The only supply side economics that exists in USA, is
the economics where China is supplying and USA is counterfeiting and
consuming. It works well - Chinese productivity and thus standard of living
is going up, while US productivity and standard of living is falling. There
was never a problem with 'liquidity', it was a problem of debt created by
counterfeit money - 0-1% interest rates and no productivity. It's a problem
of SOLVENCY.

No, as far as liberals are concerned, the only "good" rich people are the
rich people donating money to Obama's campaign. But in the larger scope of
things, this squabbling over how much tax the rich pay is useless. It
wouldn't make a difference if the federal government took all the earnings
of the top 1%, they still wouldn't be able to balance the budget, and they
certainly wouldn't be able to honor all their future obligations. There is
a spending problem in D.C., not a revenue problem.
@Joseph565112 Government programs also create a great deal of jobs, yes.
Especially in the area of undefined future jobs from projects like
infrastructure, and science and technology. Like I said the rich can't
magically make jobs. They can only make them based on demand, sometimes
creating new markets by leveraging science and technology (which is more
often than not publicly funded). And again, the Gov, crowdsourcing, co-ops
can all put up capital. The rich are the least important part.
@xGapex Buffet could demand a salary. Board of Dir would grant it too, he
makes all stockholders money. He does NOT, but IF he did, it would be
taxable as ordinary income, at income tax rates, like anyone. Its a cost of
business, deducted off Berkshires profit & loss. But, profit left is
subject to 29% corp rate, and then dividend sent to Buffet is taxed another
15%, on top. Janitor also pays income tax on wage, and if he owns shares,
also pays 15% on dividends (unless real low income)
@Joseph565112 Like I said the rich don't create the jobs, it's a
collaborative effort. Consumers create demand - without this there would be
no product. The rich then provide the funds to the working class to create
and develop said product, then sell it. The middle class get more money and
are then able to create demand for more products. In this process the rich
aren't even the most important step - you can gather funding from multiple
'well off' sources rather than one big rich one.
@nextdrink45 Income from money invested IS EARNED INCOME, even if it's not
in the form of a paycheck. So what you are saying is that ONLY PHYSICAL
work should be taxed so high? You do realize that there is also METAL work
(don't know if it's the right term), like intelectual rights, inventions.
You don't get a paycheck for them. And I can hire ppl to do stuff for me,
and not lift a single muscle, I can still earn. For Romney his money is
working FOR/instead of him. It's EARNED INCOME
@electronicoffee Oh gee, earlier you said...."As a WRITER and a TAX MAN
working for the government." A "writer", hahaha, of what?? Kids cartoons
that you get NO work from so you need to suck off the government. Or are
you an "artist" who also relys heavily on the government?? Oh that's right,
you work for the government. That explains it all right there DUMBASS!!!!!!
Now FUCK YOU and your want to tax the rich even more,so they can move and
take their money with them DICKHEAD!
@johnedwards1968 IRS on S-Corps (which pay 0% corp taxes, profit passed to
owner, taxed at personal tax rates.) "S corps are corps that pass corp
income, losses, deductions through to their shareholders for federal tax
purposes. Shareholders of S corps report flow-through of income & losses on
their personal tax returns and are assessed tax at their individual income
tax rates. This allows S corporations to avoid double taxation on the
corporate income." AVOID DOUBLE TAXATION
@xGapex You dont know taxes. Warren Buffet says his secretary pays less
than he does, Obama says so too, and every Lib. But, Buffet`s Corp,
Berkshire Hathaway paid 29% tax in 2010. So, Buffet`s corp makes a dollar,
and gets to keep 71 cents, which it sends as a dividend to Buffet, where it
is taxed again at "only" 15%. So basically, of one dollar earned, Govt gets
40 cents, Buffet gets 60 cents. Then, he and Obama say they pay only "15%".
Only IDIOTS believe this nonsense.
@xGapex Many corporations are owned outright by people, like doctors,
lawyers, etc. They organize in a way there is zero corp income tax. They
CAN take straight out of the company money, and it is taxed as personal
income, like a common worker. Then, there isnt a cap gains tax, just
personal income. But, big corps go through corp income taxes, and then when
owners get money its taxed again as cap gains. This is the 1st time it gets
into the hands of a HUMAN BEING to keep.
@nextdrink45 Ok, I can't say I'll use the right terms, but here it goes.
Economy teaches us (this is VERY simplified) that in industry you can
INVEST 3 things into the final product. Work, Land and Capital. There are 3
types of work. Physical (paycheck), intellectual (Royalties) or smart
business deals/trading (profit?), for Land you get a rent and for capital
you get Interest. So what's the difference. Some invest money, some
time/energy. there should be no difference
@luvcheney1 No one has HIS own money taxed two times. The COMPANY makes
that dollar you keep talking about. Yes in reality ppl make it, but a
company is a bunch of people. It makes it with it's own money. So the
company has it's 1 dollar taxed, and when it changes hands (Buffet get's
paid) it gets taxed again. If it changes hands again (pay someone for his
services), it gets taxed again. is that triple taxation? And this can go on
forever. So we can have 99x taxation.
@nextdrink45 The fucking government DOES NOT have a revenue problem......it
has a fucking SPENDING problem!!! Taxing the rich more IS NOT going to
solve the problem because their TAXABLE income varies widely. So widely,
that it's NOT a dependable source of revenue!!! The government needs to
STOP spending the money they DON'T have!!!!!! I'm bored with you now so I
must go. But finally, people like you are like mind over matter....I don't
mind, and YOU don't matter!!!!
@shraka You're leaving out a very important element here...the government.
Government have been setting objectives, financing wars etc, forcing
private business to innovate to meet the need of the war effort, get
contracts, etc. Individuals create demand for basic necessities, nothing
else. This computer and internet you're using came from government
objectives - the Apollo program and the cold war, more generally. The rich
certainly do create jobs, it takes capital.
