Fender Modern Player JB Shortscale (w/ roundwounds)
Quick demo of my new shortscale bass, a Fender Modern Player JB Shortscale. Recorded with a Zoom G3 with everything bypassed, just a little compression ...
Hey man great cover. If I asked really nicely would you tab this out for
me? I've been trying to learn this off your video but I'm a slow learner.
Thanks in advance hopefully.
Fender JB Marcus Miller Buzz Humm Noise
I spent like 1400 U$D on bass that makes to much noise/humm/buzz. And i know about more people with the same experience. It wasn't the ground , or the ...
I just fixed a bass like this for my friend.there single coils so there
gonna be loud.you can buy different pick ups. what I did was ran both of
the pick ups to one volume pot in parallel with one wired the opposite
way.I think its called phasing. Its quiet now.down side is you have both
pick ups on at all times but its pretty much a useless interment if its
making that 60cycle hum. I actually really like the tone from it.
i have that problem to. i think in english its called wiring. not a problem
on the bass, its a problem with the amp and the electricity to which it is
plugged into. it means that you are using too many thing connected to the
same electrisity source. just find you amp another elecrticity source, in
which hhe would be more isolated and the problem should be solved^^
@TheBassMan533 Negative. Of course this was the first thing i check. The
amp was plugged straight to the wall , i even got a ground tester which
indicates a good ground on that outlet. So i send the bass to the
technicians... and they couldn't fix it . I change it for a Fender American
the Luxe . Thanks for the comment anyway ...did you fix yours ?
I know this is a year old thread... but even so, let me join :) I purchased
a Fender highway one Jazz bass.. and I have this noise (both pickups) when
I turned the volume to max, say 10. Though it isn't obvious anymore around
7.5 to 8 so I lived with that setting. A bit disappointed to be honest
since it's a Fender product.
the post that are soldered to the pots need to be pulled away from the pot
a black wire from each pot, the 2 wires from the pickup, a wire from the
output jack and a wire from the preamp should all be tied together.
wondering why the list price is $1199 when everywhere else it goes for
$799, even on the actual Fender website which is normally "suggested retail
price"
Hey, the sound of the jaguar squier bass almost sounds like the bass of MC
Duff Kagan (Guns n Roses) and played a P-bass in the PJ Config. I find the
really cool bass I must have it. ;-) PS you really nice music, keep it up,
much more fun ^ ^
