Btw, I had this same pressure cooker and just recently upgraded to the
simply Ming pressure cooker. I also ordered the new pans and the blender
today!
Oh my! I just ordered the wok today! I have the pans and they are great! Technolon+ is great stuff. Hope it works as well for you as it has for me. They are deceptively light weight but that is because the ceramic coating conducts heat so the pan construction can be lighter.
They are versatile machines too. I love to make bacon in my Forman Grill. Funny thing is...I've never made a panini!
