my dough fell straight to the bottom.... perhaps the Bisquick wasn't fresh....the didn't mix up fluffy like yours???

When the chicken was done I quick released the pressure, added the carrots, and set for the carrot cook time.

Hi: At what point did you add the carrots? Did you de-pressurize, add the carrots and then let it come back up to pressure? Looks delicious. Can't wait to try the recipe. Thanks!

I added the carrots at the end. I did a quick release depressurization and added them. They cook quickly after pressure rebuilds. Good luck!

I have the wok , induction cook too, and the 7 piece set. Make sure you get the steamer cuz it's a great addition to your wok!

Oh my! I just ordered the wok today! I have the pans and they are great! Technolon+ is great stuff. Hope it works as well for you as it has for me. They are deceptively light weight but that is because the ceramic coating conducts heat so the pan construction can be lighter.
