spliffjc is crazy, no way a rx8 should beat a 350z. unless its a stock z vs
a modded rx8..then maybe. but not if they are equally modded
plus, i dont see you leave anything here. you cant tell anything from the
video, and it just seems like you passed them after they already slowed
down. sure, you can beat a tc...but thats not saying anything.
Rx8s are slow af and the tc shouldnt even be there cause it has less then
200 hp rx8s are overrated do they look good ya do they handle good ya are
they fast hell no
@KrGsMrNKusinagi0 Well, the fastest RX-8 is under 7 with a trap speed of
over 195. "well over" 180 is not way faster than that 168 considering the
launch on this RX-8 is not good.
ilovecars19....YOU are the dumbshit. You can knock on them ALL day but
we(meaning not you) all know what motors power those bodies. "NO ROTOR, NO
MOTOR!"
Well, finally a car more in my range, horsepower wise. And the FR-S takes it! Both cars are 100% stock, and various races. Some of you may remember the silver ...
for every horse the frs has over the tc, the tc has more torque. fwd will
provide more power to the ground, however they have nearly identical
skidpad numbers. i'd say that in a real course situation, the only
advantage the frs has is the "fun" factor. also, STI is a bomb car, except
its very expensive. it is out of the league if you are comparing just stock
cars. in which case almost every car can be track ready, ei, the honda
civic eg that keep up with the s2k and STI after all 3 were heavily moded
project cars on a race track in japan. i think they did some tracking with
the tc and frs, and around 8/10ths through the course the tc pulled away or
something like that.
+Luis Alfredo Although the tC only has 20-ft lbs more torque and is 300 lbs heavier you must consider the loses due to the drive train. Fwd cars generally transfer more power to the wheels because there is a lot less rotating mass with inertia and friction to overcome. Also on the track the all the tC would need is better suspension components and it should keep up with the fr-s, but that's what the extra $5000 goes to. Better motor, frame/suspension, and r&d for the fr-s.
