I don't know why you included China on this list. There is a shortage of brides in China because the one-child policy has caused parents seeking a son to abort female fetuses until they get a male one. This has resulted in a lopsided male-to-female ratio. There aren't enough Chinese brides to satisfy the domestic Chinese market -- I can't imagine there would be any to spare for foreigners.
