Everybody will throw the cost card at Tesla. It's the easy thing to do. Building a new car company from the ground up is extremely expensive.Yes. This BMW is superior to a Leaf for sure! But that's not a fair comparison either as the leaf is available for $21 000 after incentives. We are not yet at a stage where these comparisons of EVs are reasonable.All I'm saying is that if BMW was serious about making high quality electric cars they would have done so a decade ago. Along with GM, Ford, Mercedes and the rest of the "big" players who already had the infrastructure and capital in place.
