More power to you Steve! Boulder County Commissioners should be held in contempt of the Federal Law. I know this road like the back of my hand, and it is some of the most beautiful scenery in Colorado and it should be made accessible for all to see, ESPECIALLY since the law allows it to be. Boulder County needs a lesson in Freedom.

...I used to drive over the Rollins pass road back around 1980 in my VW bug...it's a very beautiful...VERY historical route...and really should be a National Landmark with full access to the public for historical...educational...and recreational purposes...

Let's build another avenue through the front range Mountains to bring more air pollution into the Wilderness area. Pollution is becoming more and more of an issue up in that area, already. Let it be. A corridor doesn't mean you HAVE to build a road.

The four wheel drive clubs...no way....have the resources, to build a road...and upkeep costs....in our financial climate...would be a fiscal disaster. And also, trying to keep it open in the winter would be ridiculous .

I took my daughters up to Rollins Pass this summer. Didn't even know of this "closure"..... Amazing to me that in today's society those with money and power do as they please. We need to take our country back!
