Did your ends get really rough? The ends of my 18 inch are rough already any suggestions?

No my ends were fine but some hair do that. Just brush or comb through the ends and take a few passes with a flat iron.

How long did you allow the wand to stay on the hair for when curling it? Because I know it can only take up to 400° and I really been wanting to and my hair as well.
