my pit would have been terrified and not even gone within 50 yards of the thing. I took her for a walk one day when my town was having a fair and she saw two horses pulling a carriage and she took off into the woods and ran straight home. When I got back she was just laying at the front door waiting for me... pit bulls are a funny breed

It looks more highland cattle ; I've never heard of "miniature buffalo" . The rule of law in the country would be to shoot the dog to protect the livestock. Your brother is an idiot. If he wants to stay out of a court of law he needs to learn to control his dog.
