2007 toyota corolla exhaust leak Videos

I am not sure, I know it that there is no catalytic converter and there is 2 inch pipe all the way back to the muffler. My exhaust guy said it was a "Flowmaster look-a-like" but I don't know if it sounds like one. I will ask him if I take it back again.

put the cat and resonator back in... it'll sound a lot better... try to get rid of that rasp... and get a chambered muffler, not a straight through... the 4afe doesnt pump out enough power to use such large exhaust systems...

Now thats more like it....Like the sound of this alot more than the other video.....still has that metal vibrate thing when you let off, not sure what that is, but nice sound.....like it!!!!!

i got the same model corolla/engine, since you got this new exhaust on do you actually feel any power gain? or is it just the sound? you should check out some of my video of this model Rolla

It's a 4AF. The engine wasn't designed to have a cat in the exhaust system, so it gains about 15 horsepower(I am not making that shit up). The power gain after removing it was ridiculous.

@MrNikoBellic08 I don't because there really isn't a benefit because the air flow is restricted by the stock carburetor. I do change my air filter regularly though.

It is a 1988, I was thinking that they started putting the 4AFE in the 1990s, but maybe a year earlier, I am not sure.

You are going to feel a lot more power when you get rid of the catalytic converter. The exhaust helps a little.

+just poetic No idea. Probably ebay, hawksthirdgenparts, junk yards, etc. Also check Craigslist, and google for "F-body parts". There are a couple other sites that sell parts for these cars. But most advertise on ebay so you can usually find what you need.

+angel hernandez Hey Angel... Your options are pretty open. You can find some kits that will fit out of the box...some are from other cars. There is no actual kit for the thirdgens though. Just universal. You can also visit a site such as //intakehoses.com/ and buy the parts to make your own. The one on my car now is built from parts from that site.
