+RideRedRacer Dabbing would only be smoking if you're dabbing while a nail is still red hot. In which it's a foul tasting dab and not done properly, defeating the whole purpose of dabbing bho. When you wait for the nail to cool you're boiling the oil not burning it, hence vaporization, not combustion. Lesson learned.

+skizzarz is this a serious question? dabbing is the same as smoking weed, it just gets you higher. i also smoke wax on top of weed in a bowl. anything wax related will get you twisted haha

+iworkforbudlight just changed mine this weekend! it didnt even move, rusted shut! I cleaned the threads with brake clean and qtips, to get out any debris. just saved me some rear axle seals! Ramps, take off spare tire, and a good 14mm 6 point socket. was easy! One thing that I wasn't sure if I had to screw it in all the way, I remembered from your video that it was about a mm of space between axle and the base of the breather. Did it about the same as you, looks fine to me. Put a dab of anti seize so it comes off the next time I do this.

Hey Ray! I wish I had a time machine so I could go back and replace it before my seals blew out. This truck has gone in deep deep mud and water and I gave it no love till years later. I blame myself. This part is so affordable. I will be putting out a video of me replacing the seals but it won't be very detailed. The only time I had was after work but I got it done. Hey on another note I will be going to my friends beach house this weekend so I hope to get some great videos of the beach. Thank you so much for checking out this video.Aloha and take care

I have a rover V8 in my Chimaera and am stripping it down. I cannot find the tolerance number in the Haynes manual for the gap between the conrod and the crank web. Would you know what it is for a 4.6 V8? It has a cross bolted crank. Thanks.

+arebrec No idea. You will need to look at the correct Workshop manual for the rover v8 that the engine originally was built for. Haynes sucks. Brookland publications are much better for pure technical details.

Where about are you based? I have a 200tdi with low oil pressure. The pump has been replaced so it's something nasty like the cam bearing shell.

Why does the conrod cap number need to face the oil filter? Are they sided? My #4 cap was on the opposite and was rubbing the crank. Piston is facing the right way but the conrod was flipped.

+Daniel Marcello they are machined in a certain way and together and they should be kept in that order. If someone has cobbled together an engine with mismatched parts it won't be at all right. Sounds lie someone has been in there before. When I get an engine that is the first thing I look for, previous repairs. If there is one thing out of place the whole lot gets checked over.

Hi I am from GEORGI I have 1998 1.8 freelander my cylinder head fails second time then I took of head I sow cylinder liner go in to the block a little I now I must replace engine its deformed but I can not I already bought new cylinder head can you tale me if I can use old crankshaft and pistons in to new block new block already have liners and if I must replace big and bearings can I replace in new ones in same cod which have old big and bearings I have no bore tool no micrometer and its my 1 time to build engine and I can not choose right colors of big and bearings pleas help me

Any build on a vehicle will require measuring components. You cannot just throw in pistons from another engine and hope they will fit. As for shell bearings from the crank you are fitting to another block you might get away with fitting them because they are bedded in to the crank however without knowing your tolerances you are asking for trouble.
