The truck's owner is Tom Spencer. There is some footage of it moving in this youtube video... //youtu.be/oPwC_JFU8aI you can head the chain drive as it moves. Very neat. Tom regularly shows this truck at local FL events... check //VintageTrucksFL.org to see this truck in person.
