Will Johnny Manziel Do What LeBron Couldn't For Cleveland? W/ NBA Scout Zak Baris & Brian Engelman
"The Unhappy Hour" host Brian Engelman once again welcomes Zak Baris to talk about whether or not Johnny Manziel can bring Cleveland the championship ...
Here is my OKC rant- They gotta get rid of Scott Brooks, that guy is a
pathetic coach. I am so sick of seeing him be outcoached game after game.
His substitution patters, the guys he decides to play, they need to a real
coach cause they have the talent to beat anyone if they were coached
right. Last night, who did he have on the court together- Caron Butler,
Derek Fisher, Westbrook, Durant and Reggie Jackson. Watch how he subs guys
in and out, he doesn't give Westbrook or Durant any rest in 2nd halves, by
the time it is the middle of the 4th both guys are normally burned out. He
has Steven Adams, Jeremy Lamb, Perry Jones, real productive guys that he
barely plays. Popovich is going to coach circles around Scott Brooks in
the round with or without Ibaka. If Pop was the coach of OKC, they would
have won a title already, that's the difference.
Ha ha funny, what is pathetic is you know he'll end up somewhere else coaching though. Like I said before, I am over rehiring the same coaches over and over, time to go with the trend and start hiring young rookie coaches, we need some new blood in the NBA, plenty of guys have waited for years to get their chance, lets give it to them.
You ever been in a bar and the fat girl is talking to you and you are
flirting and winking at her knowing you really have no interest in her but
it feels good cause she wants you so you lead her on? Well, the Cavs are
that fat girl in the bar, Cal never really had any interest in coaching
them, he just likes to be hit on every few years for a NBA job, it makes
him feel special.
No, still a dumpster fire, without Lebron. Lets not jump the gun now, did you think they would draft Bennett last year, I didn't? We still have no idea who they are going to draft yet, either way, it won't have any pull on Cal. The Cavs should aim for a more attainable coach, a young coach maybe someone like Ewing, give a new guy a chance, quit recycling the same garbage coaches over and over, that's what I would do. Get a young coach and let him grow with the franchise.
Oh PLEASE, Like Cal is going to leave Kentucky to coach the dumpster fire
Cavs, he was never going to leave, don't kid yourself. Why would any coach
wanna play for Gilbert? Firing Brown for the 2nd time, yeah that's how you
run a franchise. No college coach is going to leave a historic gig like
Kentucky or Michigan State for the Cavs job.
That shit was funny, you could hear the air in the room leak out when everyone realized that the Cavs just jumped into the top 3, and when they got the top pick again, everyone I am sure was thinking the same thing-- What The Fuck LOL My initial reaction is how are they going to screw up this pick, the obvious way is them taking Embiid and him having injury problems like Oden. They weren't smart enough last year to draft Oladipo and they won't be smart enough to take Exum this year, that leaves 3 options= Wiggins, Parker or Embiid. Could they package some players with this pick for Love, only if Love wants to play in Cleveland, it will be up to him cause he doesn't have to resign with wherever he gets traded (like Dwight Howard) so he does have some power in this. Either way I am more excited to see what Milwaukee, Philly and Orlando do in this draft.
As a lifelong Browns fan I am disappointed to see this kind of behavior. If
he was just your average guy sure go out and have a drink but didn't this
fuckwagon just get out of rehab. Yeah, we don't know what substance he had
problems with but addiction is addiction and it doesn't matter. If Johnny
would have played his cards right he could have went out for the rest of
the season and showcased his talents like he did in the first half of the
Bengals game and upped his stock if he wanted to leave Cleveland. I was a
big supporter of Johnny but all I can say is I hope the Browns trade him to
that dumbass Jerry Jones in Dallas and he can play with the other
dysfuntional shits like Dez Bryant and washed up Tony Romo and live in that
redneck shit hole called Texas.
+Isaacgaming Medina Got It! The Browns organization hired him and gave him an 8 million dollar contract just so that they and the fans could watch a pretty boy drink, party, and lose games for them. Check. Makes perfect sense. (SMH!...)
I'm late about this, but the main reason he was demoted was because when he was questioned about the video, he lied about the film date and even told the person filming to lie about it, but the truth came out
+Berz If responsibility and professionalism never entered the guy's mind before he made his silly-assed comment, maybe flat out throwing it in his face about the money (which is most likely the only thing in the head of "Jon MRC" that he likely cares about) will help wake him up about what's expected of big money NFL athletes. Sorry if you think I stepped on your toes.
+Jon MRC And how many of those "highschoolers" have 8 million dollar contractual expectations of them working to be continually able to perform on an NFL-caliber level week after week in order to justify themselves being worth those contracts?
+Isaacgaming Medina you know that he was in alcohol rehab right? he wasn't supposed to drink because he had a problem and it was making him in a worse condition?
+Isaacgaming Medina The difference is he's been in trouble for alcohol-related incidents recently. I'm sure he had some sort of personal conduct agreement with the team regarding the issues and appeared to violate that, not just by going out and partying, but outright lying and lobbying to get his friends to lie about it, too. Lying to an employer that's holding photographic evidence was pretty stupid.
+Isaacgaming Medina The casual drink is fine but partying nonstop over and over after being told your not supposed to do it is childish and just flatout stupid. An NFL player isn't his Dad his Dad doesn't get paid millions to play football. Fun is fine getting drunk and cussing out the camera is not
+Isaacgaming Medina well you're less in the public eye in the off season and you don't have upcoming games to worry about. During the season you need your full attention on the game and making your team as successful as possible. He knew what he was getting into when he was given the jersey yet he still goes and does this stuff.
+Isaacgaming Medina i mean did you see what happened? He was a starting and then he decided to go do something stupid and now he's 3rd string. He was given a huge opportunity and he blew it. No I don't expect them to lock themselves up at home but if you want to go have fun, show a little class. He doesn't just represent himself, he represents his team. I'm sorry for calling you "fucking stupid" earlier that was way out of line.
+Isaacgaming Medina ok I'm not going to get into a stupid YouTube comments argument.. But you don't know my life bud. All I was saying was that he needs to be more responsible because he's supposed to be a leader. People, kids, look up to him. This is the stuff you do in the off season.
