How are you so consistent when you hit? Sometimes when I see high 80's or 90 I feel overwhelmed and it looks like a pea coming in at 120 mph. How can I hit high velocity well?

+Kenneth Cruz It's timing. The biggest thing is to not speed things up. I work on having a slow smooth load making sure to get my weight back and taking a short soft stride keeping my head as still as possible.

+Hotsauce Douglas All American game is different bro. You gotta be a stud...like going first couple rounds out of high school material. They pick you by giving you an Official Invitation for that. They also give Officials for all the other showcases basically but you can just sign up through the website for them

Upper 80's - Not sure who the hardest thrower was for that weekend but a few topped in the low 90's.

+Carl Clark Brandon Jennings doesn't even dunk when he's open so I don't really know, also he might feel it's easier and less energy wasting to lay it up than dunk there's a lot of possibilities

+Splash_ball123 I would think that it would be the other way around. big men take the brunt because of their height and weight. that's why alot have knee problems. Jennings on the other hand isn't dunking on 7 ft big men in the NBA he will get clipped out the air and out a month

He can I just think guards sometimes don't dunk because they are shorter and when they come down it has a stronger impact on their legs rather than a bigman. Basically, for long term health

Cleveland is still Cleveland. Terrible decision making. He's what they were lacking last year. When Irving can't go, and there's a good chance he won't at some point because he's injury prone, this kid can run a team. No williams can't, Delly, can't and asking Lebron to takes away from his game. Dumbest move during the draft
