Cop charged with murdering his daughter's teenage boyfriend gets $160,000 check after being approved for police retirement. Tulsa police officer Shannon Kepler, who shot dead Jeremey Lake, 19, while off-duty can collect his lump sum retirement check. Kepler, 54, is charged with first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill for also firing at his daughter in August. He is out on bail and suspended without pay, but is now eligible for monthly pension payments of almost $3,000 unless he is found guilty. Kepler's police officer wife, Gina, 48, was arrested but not charged as an accessory after the fact of murder but was suspended with pay. Couple's daughter, Lisa Kepler, 18, said she hopes her parents rot in jail.

Both cops suspended with pay for killing this Caucasian/African male and
wounding the victims younger brother and he even shot at his daughter
before fleeing like the coward he is? What a travesty of justice! These
so-called cops egregiously committed multiple crimes such as murder in the
first degree and he wife accessory to first degree murder and they are
still getting paid. They both should be charged with hate crimes. This has
all the strikings of the Trayvon Martin murder.
