The situation isnt as simple as you're making it seem. Syria isnt just a
country you can smack on the wrist and expect the locals to stand by
watching. The FSA rebels on the outskirts of Damascus are intermingled with
muslim extremists who want to convert the country from a secular state into
a barbarian religious hell hole. Al Assad is an evil shit, but he is
currently a necessary evil who is preventing terrorists from taking his
country backwards 400 years. He must be removed, but not w/bombs.
You'd like to think that wouldnt you? That America is the "Policeman" of
the world. Of course you're NOT though are you? You couldn't convince
Britain or its commonwealth nations to help you attack a state before
evidence was found. You couldnt convince your own people to go ahead with
it either. Obama was so worried about how his own government would vote
that he made an agreement with russia to oversee a removal of weapons.
America backed down in the end, because Russia wouldnt. how pathetic.
I am not your mate, and the only butchers I know are the ones that sell
fresh poultry or cut of meat. I suspect the only book you've read is Dan
Dare. What you know about history you can write on the back of a stamp. You
never heard of Lend Lease? Do you understand the difference between
tactical and strategic victory. I suspect not. Ignorance is bliss. Because
you believe that the RAF won the battle of Britain means we won the war
demonstrates that our education system has a lot to answer for.
Why would he resign? He recalled parliament on a matter of war and put it
to the vote and parliament said no! He has abided by that vote and is
seeking a diplomatic solution. That's called democracy. Whether the vote
was to go to war or not is a completely different matter than the fact he
stood by the result. If anything especially to those of us who thought of
him as one of the 'old boy crowd' his actions have pushed him up in peoples
estimations. I'm at a loss as to what you think is wrong
Hahaha, the most cowardly country? You couldn't be more wrong. The UK has
won more wars than any other country in the world for a start. We were the
ones who stood up for Poland against Germany and fought for Europe's
freedom while others *cough* America *cough* sat back and did nothing. We
were the ones who joined you in Afghanistan so don't you dare accuse us of
being cowardly. Britain is the bravest nation in the world, the British
Empire was the largest in history. Deal with it pipsqueak.
Hmmm.... will this vote.stop the satanic zionists from their Syrian prize ?
Maybe just delay it. The psychopaths want control of the " OIL" Iran owns
.... Syria and her people are collateral damage during this false flag
operation by the ugly Jew and criminal US puppets . Only Russia and China
could turn this around and save innocent ;lives. The elites controlled by
Zionists now must face their debts racked up in satanic theft and material
lust, while the rest of us suffered .....
Wasn't Assad here in 1979? and unknowing students had walked by? Yes.
Wasn't there some kind of action that took place at HUD in 1990 or 11yrs
later in Buffalo NY ...yet FBI did not declare Assad from Syria to be
present, did not specify potential Libyans were on staff & they could be
responsible, did not state that ANY FOREIGNERS were on staff at the time.
However due to banking & fraud/possible wire-transfer frauds to foreign
countries under investigation, they were Wealthy too.
We helped you in Afghanistan and Iraq during your sordid little adventures
there, isn't that enough? Its disgusting how people like you will blindly
follow the leader, even though the international community hasn't even
looked at the evidence yet. Your government is crooked and they're taking
you into a war that 70% of your country doesn't want. Its quite possible
that your own government oversaw this attack in order to take advantage of
the revolution that should have followed.
I am in two minds on this. I understand the reluctance on the UK's part,
but seeing kids killed in this way is appalling. However, Parliament
decided we won't act which is the end of the matter for us. We should now
move on. Our military forces are not what they were and therefore our
contribution would have been negligible anyway. Cameron sees Britain's
future as an aid giver rather than military power. What that means for the
Falklands and Gibraltar only time will tell.
They're nothing but a bunch of petty school children arguing in the
playground. Listen to the way they jeer and make snide remarks at each
other, they're supposed to be well educated people. We have these idiots
running the country. Unfortunately, Mr. Cameron will not stop until he gets
what he wants, he will not stop until British soldiers are being maimed and
killed in Syria just like in Afghanistan and Iraq. Why don't the cowardly
MP's fly to Syria instead?
The US & Russia have agreed to disarm the Syrian regime which is good news.
The Syrians have 7 days to hand over a complete inventory of its chemical
stock pile and inspectors will have to be on the ground by November. If the
Syrian regime doesn't comply the Russian have agreed with the US to refer
them to the UN Security Council. The Russians have moved a long way and
there is a tacit if not explicit acceptance that the regime was responsible
for the attack.
That would be a good thing. Why the fuck would be need the US to help if
there was a chemical attack in the UK? We could deal with it ourselves.
That's the problem with your country, you think everything is your business
when in reality your country causes more problems and makes life worse for
people in other countries. You really think that is there was a chemical
attack in the UK we would want America's help? Fuck no. You really need to
wake up.
No the Americans are doing what we are doing now. Not getting involved.
During the 30s they didn't want to get involved in foreign wars which they
saw as a European problem. They were dragged into the first world war and
we dragged them into the second. They protected Europe during the cold war
period from the Warsaw Pact and after the war they gave billions in the
Marshall Plan to get Europe back on its feet.
Hey you think your stupid goverment dont have any fucking chemical weapons
if your idiot president wants to start a fucking world war why doesnt he
just say anything always talking the same propaganda about all those syrian
libyian crimes against the people but in truth you idiots just help the
same terrorists that blow up your buildings and then your the ones who go
crying to hide to the closet mothafucka
The same result could have been worked out through diplomacy. Bombing
should never be a first resort but the US seems to love attacking other
nations. Any time an opportunity to do it arises the US just jumps right in
without even thinking. It is frightening that a country that powerful can
be so irrational and warmongering. The US is the most violent country in
the world, that is nothing to be proud of.
Peter King, Jim Inhofe: Congress Will Vote No on Syria Strike - Fox News Sunday - 9/1/13
September 1, 2013 - Republican legislators Jim Inhofe and Peter King both told Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace that they did not think Congress would ...
If the government wants war, they should suit up their children and put
them on the front line. They should also pay for it out of their own
pocket. We should take a vote and send those in favor of war, off to war
and their families can pay for it. AS FOR ME, I WANT TO BRING ALL OF THE
BOYS (AND GIRLS) HOME RIGHT NOW. WE HAVE NO BUSINESS IN THE MIDDLE EAST,
EUROPE, JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, etc. We should shrink the military and bring
everyone home and line them up on the border.
Peter King can blow it out his ass. Non-intervention is not isolation. It
is common sense and fiscally responsible. The interventionists in both
parties are crony capitalists supporting the military industrial complex
with blood of our sons and daughters and the massive debt heaped on our
shrinking middle class to benefit their buddies. They are treasonous
bastards. Americans need to wake up.
Preach it Microzone. Are they not aware Al Qaeda is (or at least was) our
declared enemy whom we have literally been at war with for the last decade.
They should go to prison for treason and aiding and abetting terrorists.
After all, that is literally what they are doing.
We need term limits is my first thought. King sold us out a long time ago.
His allegiance lies only with the corporation's who keep getting him
re-elected and a gaggle of liberal zealots back in Long Island. King is a
prime example of why we need term limits.
That doesn't even make sense fuck head. Israel is the most vulnerable
nation if these commie freaks bomb Syria. Pull your head out of your ass.
(Helpful hint) Do it very carefully so your guts don't fall out while you
do it.
Peter King needs to be in a jail cell. This has nothing to do with
isolationism!!! This has everything to do with, we are broke and we are
tired of being the Worlds bully for zionist fucks like Obama, McCain, King,
et. al.
Any member of congress who votes to go to war...to support Al Qaeda no
less...should be removed from office in handcuffs and forced to watch
footage of Al Qaeda's victims for the next twenty years.
Syria is not posing a threat to the US. Obama started this cival war in
Syria. We should never, ever support Al - Qeida in Afgani9stan, Pakistan or
Syria. That is insaine say NO to attacking Syria
Look! It's Senators Jack Me-HOFF and Mr. bunny-eyed cocksucker Peter

Chunky would never speak of such things. The bloke goes on about free speech and principles but has utterly castrated himself on the most important issues of the day, with his politically correct nonsense.Pathetic and cowardly behaviour in truth.
Those very sensitive Labour MPs who voted to bomb Syria, squeal about the
adverse comments they receive. I bet those civilians in Syria would rather
receive a nasty email rather than a 500lb bomb.

Do we really 'go in to win'? Like we did in Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan or
Iraq (twice). If Assad is to be deposed, who do you propose he be replaced
with? Our choice in Afghanistan and Iraq haven't worked out well and Egypt
was a disaster so tread carefully when suggesting regime change. What
happened in Syria stays in Syria.
