Is this real? Have the pulled it down? If they have then it is such a shame. That building was amazing. it was full of life, but someone just needed to make it happen. It could have been a brilliant hall once again, but no, welcome to moden britan. Anything over 5 minutes old and lets buldose it and build a car park.

i look afte ppl, who were at greaves hall southport,the after effects of that place are heart breaking that asylum was not a good place thank got it is closed down, as nice as the building is it has not a nice back groud or vibe i personally think it shoul go ..thats just my opinion due to my work xx

Yes, I'm afraid so! :( It was so beautiful... Some consolation, it's immortalised in my film, even in its derelict state! And I've got hundreds of photos from the five years I spent filming there! :)
