At the time I was thinking RPG, but an AirZound might have woken them up and saved me swearing in front of all the school mums, luckily the children were in school.

No. I managed to just squeeze down the inside although the bike was slipping, I then turned to speak to the driver, but he wasn't interested

The pace of pulling in front of me and turning left suggested to me that they were deep in conversation during the whole incident.
