I have been looking at the EDL rather than the BNP. I think that the central objective of the EDL is to raise awareness of the fact that some Muslims living in Britain would like to see Sharia Law implemented. I believe that the EDL singularly fail to achieve this as their behaviour and attitude is so repulsive, repugnant and down-right objectionable that no decent-minded person will listen to them. I believe that Europe needs a proper debate on Sharia Law; not a hate campaign against Islam.

Until recently, the UK did in fact have blasphemy laws -- scrapped a few years ago. In 1656 someone was sentenced to flogging, branding & the piercing of his tongue by a red-hot poker, lol. I see your point better now, and although I agree with you that far too many people are work lazy now and abuse the welfare system, the Britain of 200 years ago was a much worse place. Eradication is morally wrong as well as being unworkable, it's better to try other means to solving the problem. In all truth it's culture which is at fault as well as the soul crushing situation of most work places. And these hard working Asians will be just the same as the rest once they too assimilate.

here's why I hate immigrants There's a small local business (a falconry) near where I live which is doing ok but struggles at certain points in the year. He hired an African who showed him he knew what he was doing. He lied on his income tax sheet and paid minimal tax, he then got a british citizenship and then revealed a host of disabilities and is now living on disability earning more than the falconry owner. P.S not racist, but those that leave their country tend to be the failures.

I appreciate your tone. I am clearly anti-EDL but many of the people like me I think feel fail to appreciate the sincerity of people involved in causes that we are opposed to. I believe that a politician of courage would attempt to get the organisation EDL banned. Tommy Robinson is a convicted criminal and SOME elements of the EDL are inciting hatred in my opinion. The thing is that all those groups were all European, so all looked very similar, had European culture, and eventually, were all Christians, so that's why they all came together to form one united people. The same cannot happen with loads of immigrants from the other side of the word, with a completely different culture, religion and look. Nothing against them, it's just that they just can't really integrate like the groups you mentioned, as well as Jews and Hugenots etc.
