So happy for Obafemi Martins. Proved himself in the BEST leagues, Italy, England, Spain, outrunning, outwitting, outplaying defenders. At last trophies are beginning to accompany his efforts. Seattle bought the WHOLE DEAL!. Nice watching him play a team game with Dempsey and Co.

Damn, wtf Philadelphia Union ?! You couldn't play a 5-4-1 or 5-3-2 formation after you scored that opening goal; the formation change might have saved the team the agony of defeat or not. Clint Dempsey is a beast to defend against and the rest of Seattle Sounders aren't slouches either.

Its really sad that US Soccer has the worst refs in the world. More games are decided on bad calls from the ref than in any other league. Granted Seattle had plenty of changes to convert they PKs.. and they should have. It's just a shame that such a great competitive game was ruined but bad officiating.

You don't need video. I was at the game and the Seattle player had his arm out extended when it hit him. It was very clear. A lot of challenges ended up with bad calls and unfair views. But the penalty we were granted was the right call.

Doesn't matter. USSF posts the final highlights on their channel every year. Seattle always posts highlights of their games EXCEPT for the final.

There was nothing wrong with the ref. It was a clear handball and the keeper was clearly off his line. Stop making excuses.

Obviously three people weren't paying attention because I was laughing at what Peterson said about Philadelphia fans thinking they had the best fan base; I thought that was funny because he's right, SKC's is way better. You obviously haven't been to a SKC game this year.. I'm pretty sure almost all the home games have been sell outs, more than sell outs or just right there. Even our USOC games have been getting more than a San Jose MLS game haha
