I always check labels thoroughly just in case, the side effects make it
silly not to check labels unfortunately. I see, so it could be that you
have an intolerance to milk protein which could explain why you feel ill
when you have it neat as it is harder to digest - bit of a dairy overload
in comparison to a few tablespoons in tea. Maybe give A2 milk a try? aw
that must be tough, so you could be susceptible to intolerances :s
hopefully you find out what the problem is and you can adapt yourdietx
I noticed pure milk (semi skimmed) but pure as in just to drink on it's own
gives me griping stomach pains. If the milk is in tea or something i'm
fine.. I also noticed certain fruit gives me the pain too.. I had tests and
even had a biopsy done but found nothing. Bless Rob it must be hard for him
having to check the contents of foods :( I always suffered from eczema as a
child too and i'm allergic to certain soaps, washing powders, certain
perfumes and makeup .. nightmare lol x
you may have a food intolerance rather than an allergy. Rob has 3
intolerances, gluten, potatoes and cow dairy products. If he eats something
with milk in he will usually feel the consequences within 30 minutes and
his mum who has far worse intolerances gets very itchy dry skin if she eats
wheat. You could eliminate wheat or dairy from your diet for 2 weeks or so,
you may notice some results :) X
aw what a great surprise, if you don't mind me asking, with Rob not eating
certain foods, is that because of allergies? I'm only asking because in the
last year and half I've been having tests for possible food allergies but
they couldn't find anything but have been getting really bad skin, stomach
pains ect x
Oh I meant to also ask is that macadamia pie made in Maui? Never saw that before
