The Sanford Herald published a three-part series on the potential for natural gas drilling in Central North Carolina in the coming years. Russ and Josh Patterson ...
The reason there is no evidence is because the problems are being hidden by
the government and industry. The DEP in Pa was hiding negative water test
results from landowners to prevent lawsuits against the industry. The spill
information is not made available to the public. Both the government and
the industry gave grants to PSU Engelder research. He had to figure out how
to get to the gas in the shale. The chemicals are radioactive. Radium 226,
radium 228, uranium, thorium. The radon will increase and the arsenic will
come up with the waste chemicals. Flare offs will cause neurological
problems in some including your children. It's not about jobs. It's about
them wanting to make money. It's about greed. Doctors will be silenced. You
won't be able to trust hospital test results because the industry will be
giving the hospitals money. Which will most likely come from the made up
fees they'll create so they don't have to pay you the correct royalty
amounts. There's much more to be concerned about than methane in the water.
The spills will occur for lots of reasons. Poor waste chemical pond liners.
Trucks blatantly spilling waste out on roadways. Spills while drilling. The
waterways in Pa became radioactive when treated waste "water" which is
chemicals were released into the waterways. Just wash them downstream.
Crime will increase because drilling attracts a lot of single homeless men.
The Megan's site list will increase greatly because sexual offenders work
for the industry. The politicians aren't worried because they aren't
affected by it. You don't have a clue how bad your life will eventually
get. Then they'll label you a terrorist.
North Carolina Studying Offshore Energy Production
Raleigh, N.C. - An advisory committee to North Carolina's General Assembly is studying whether the state should develop offshore energy. Its final meeting is ...

Why choose natural gas? Because the government is shoving it down your
throats to create a demand for it. That is why coal is being discontinued.
That is why they wanted to outlaw wood stoves. To create a larger demand
for their product. One dump truck drives past our home every 2 minutes
while building a natural gas pad. Truck exhaust is a carcinogen. Other gas
related traffic will run 24 hours a day to fracture one well. The traffic
creates more pollution than wood stoves ever would. Then there's the
radioactive chemicals used during the fracturing process which are making
Pa waterways radioactive. Don't choose natural gas. It is killing the
people living around the gas pads. They just hide the lawsuit settlements
so they can keep fooling you. They also hide all the spill information.
Radium 226, radium 228, uranium, thorium, and arsenic comes up with the
waste water. Now they are saying that it creates more cancer causing radon.
Don't choose natural gas.
