We do not offer grandfathered plan to new customers. They are no longer active or available for customers to select. Att u-verse you tried to charge me a 448.00 non refundable deposit for your services . Are you guys crazy what are you thinking .Plus trying to also charge me a extra 100.00 for your internet services too . You guys need to be stopped . I hope everyone reads this . Your great at charging people a unfair price .

Hi--If I'm understanding this correctly, if a customer seeks a TOBR request, they will have to commit to a new plan. (EX: I have a grandfathered unlimited data/text plan. If I TOBR my number, I will lose my unlimited and pick any current plan today.)

THEY DID THAT TO ME WITH SOMETHING ABOUT GOING OVER 150 GB IN MY HOME INTERNET . I TOLD THEM TO TAKE MY LONG DISTANCE 5 MONTHS AGO AND STILL BEING GETTING CHARGED TILL TODAY..
